When an object type is added to the Object Properties list, it will be maintained as a Limited Access Object. To add an object type to the list, a checkmark must be entered in the field next to the desired object type. These fields can be found on the Object Level Security tab of Security Setup. The available fields are Form Level Security, Report Level Security, Dataport Level Security, Codeunit Level Security, XMLPort Level Security and Page Level Security.

(NOTE: The Table Level Security field was hidden in version ES1.00.63 and later versions.)

The roles All Free Tables Permission Set ID, All Free Forms Permission Set ID, All Free Reports Permission Set ID, All Free Dataports Permission Set ID, All Free Codeunits Permission Set ID, All Free XMLPorts Permission Set ID, and All Free Pages Permission Set ID contain all the objects with no limited access. These roles should be added to the users who have the "ALL" role.

The roles All Limited Tables Permission Set ID, All Limited Forms Permission Set ID, All Limited Reports Permission Set ID, All Limited Dataports Permission Set ID, All Limited Codeunits Permission Set ID, All Limited XMLPorts Permission Set ID, and All Limited Pages Permission Set ID contain all the objects with limited access and can be used to assign users with full object level permissions.

(NOTE: The ALLLIMITED role is no longer created in version ES1.30.26 and later versions.)

An object included in Object Property will also be maintained in the table Summary Permission.

The Object Property Table is used in multiple places to calculate information fields like Limited Access Objects.
